Free Shipping

Shipping:

As a valued customer within the lower 48 states, you will enjoy free standard shipping on all of our products. (Please email us for International shipping quotes.)

• If you select our free standard or curbside shipping options, your product(s) will ship within 2-5 business days and you should expect delivery within 5-12 business days from the date of your order.
• Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.
• Optional - White Glove Delivery/White Glove with Assembly must be requested at time of purchase. No upgrade of delivery service will be accepted after dispatch of any product.
• If you choose white glove delivery (includes delivery and assembly in the room of your choice), you should expect delivery within 12-15 business days (this is due to the more involved nature of white glove assembly).
• Due to COVID-19, shipping may be extended 2-3 business days.

 

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

 

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within 6 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@bestbodymassagechair.com.
