Here at Best Body Massage Chair, we try to make returns as stress free as our massage chairs. Please fill out our short form on our ‘contact us’ page or email us at email@example.com to confirm the address for pick-up and to request your Return Authorization (RA or RMA) number.
- Our customers have 30 days (from the date of sale) to return most products. (Please see below for brand specific details.)
- All items for return should be in their original condition and packaging. Please keep box, accessories, packing materials, and pallet for 30 days.
- Our customers will be responsible for any missing parts/accessories or damages (e.g. scuffs, scratches, odors, spots, and stains) noted upon return and could incur additional costs.
- Our customers will be responsible for return shipping costs, and loss or damage to item while in transit back to the supplier.
- Restocking fees up to 15% and a 3% transaction fee may apply.
- Threshold and White Glove delivery service costs are non-refundable.
- If customers finance with one of our partners, finance fees are non-refundable.
- Our customers have 30 days (from the date of sale) to exchange most products for a different model.
- Return shipping fees and other charges may apply.
- Return shipping fees incurred by customer will be applied as a credit to the new item's shipping cost, if new item is of equal or greater value.
- Products with manufacturer defects can be exchanged for the same model.
- There are no return shipping fees charged for defective products.
- Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.
- If your item(s) does arrive damaged, please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
- All orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.
- All orders (including pre-orders) cancelled after the product has been shipped will be charged the cost of the outbound and returned shipping costs. If you cancel before the product is shipped, you will be charged a 3% transaction fee.
- Once we have received and inspected your returned product, we will issue a credit for your total purchase amount, minus the outbound shipping costs, return shipping costs, and restocking fees.
- Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
- Please allow 6-8 weeks for refunds to be processed.
If customers are dissatisfied due to a lack of understanding of the operation of the chair or the correct ways to use it. Our professional customer support staff will assist you in understanding how to use your chair to meet your personal need(s).
For on-line orders, if you find the chair unsatisfactory, we will arrange for a return and refund as long as the chair is in the original factory and resalable condition with all packaging materials, inserts, manuals and accessories included, no later than 7 days from the date of delivery. A refund will be issued less the shipping and handling cost after our inspection. There will be other associated charges or restocking fees if the merchandise returned is damaged, misused or abused. No return will be accepted at all after 7 days. All returns must be authorized by us, and a RMA number will be required for the return shipment.

Return Policy – Our 30 Day Return Policy
If you would like to return your product, you have 30 days. Customers are responsible for the freight charges and 15% - 35% restocking and inspection fee. When the returned item has been received and inspected, you will receive a credit for the total of your purchase minus the freight and restocking fees. White Glove delivery is non-refundable. *Original packaging is required.
The return process is easy. Contact customer service to get your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct address to send your item. Please make sure that the item is returned in its original condition and that it is packed in its original box. Product will not be accepted if it is returned improperly. Restocking fee and return shipping charge will be applied.
Extra warranty that separately purchased is not refundable.
Customers have 30 days to exchange their massage chairs for another model. The customers are responsible for return shipping fees and the possible 15% - 30% restocking fees. If the massage chair is defective at the time of delivery we'll exchange it for the same model with no additional shipping costs with proves shown to headquarter office. If an exchange occurs in a non- defective chair, there is no option for a return. If you have exchanged a massage chair for a different model and still aren't satisfied, you can either exchange the chair for a similar model of the same brand, or return the massage chair to receive a refund minus the shipping and restocking fees.
