This massager was an expensive, cheaply made and designed product. It seems like great bargain…came with an “extra” battery. Only problem is, the battery release button and latching mechanism is so poorly resigned, I can’t remove the installed battery and exchange the extra battery which was on the charger. The release button on the handle does not disengage and release the battery to exchange the other battery. I kept thinking I was doing something wrong, but, on reading the instructions and trying several times to remove battery from handle, I was doing everything correctly. No wonder it was on deep discount at COSTCO…shame on you. DO NOT buy this product.

The massage gun works great. Unfortunately, the batteries are another story. One worked and one stopped working after only 4 months. I called the company for a replacement, which they sent. However, that one took twice as long to charge and went dead within 45 seconds of use. I would be better off getting a massage gun at a quarter of the price of this one and figure that it will need to be replaced at some point. For the cost, I can't recommend this product.
